Welcome to iClean. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of iClean and its related services. By using the app, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We recommend reviewing them in full.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using iClean, you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately discontinue use of the app.

3. Service Overview

iClean is an intelligent iPhone cleaner designed to help you free up storage, enhance device performance, and support a distraction-free digital lifestyle. Our key features include:

• One‑Tap Cleanup: Quickly scan and clean various types of photos and videos, including duplicates, similar images, blurry shots, screenshots, Live Photos, duplicate videos, oversized videos, and short videos.
• Individual Cleanup: Review and manage each category of photos and videos separately for more granular control.
• Security Protection: Block ads, enable secure web browsing, and filter adult content for a safer online experience.
• Video to Live Photo: Convert any video into a 3‑second Live Photo that brings your memories to life.
• Clean Mind: Set focused work or study sessions to help clear your mind and improve productivity.

4. Information We Collect

To ensure a consistent and high‑quality experience, iClean may automatically collect non‑personal technical information, including:

• Device model and operating system version
• App version and settings
• Usage patterns and interaction metrics

This data is anonymized, aggregated, and used solely to maintain app performance, support feature improvements, and assist with operational diagnostics. In limited circumstances, certain information may be retained to process refund requests, prevent misuse, and enhance overall service quality.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

iClean is free to download. Premium features—such as One‑Tap Cleanup, Security Protection, Video to Live Photo, and Clean Mind—require a subscription.

Subscriptions are available on a weekly or annual basis, with pricing clearly displayed before purchase. Payments are processed securely by Apple via your Apple ID account.

• Auto‑Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto‑renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited upon subscription purchase.
• Managing Your Subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
  To cancel: Open Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, select your subscription, and tap Cancel Subscription.
• Refund Requests: Refunds must be requested directly through Apple. We may share relevant transaction details to assist with the process. All refund decisions are made at Apple’s discretion.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect service updates, legal requirements, or user feedback. The latest version will be made available in the app or through other appropriate channels. Your continued use of iClean after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updates, you must stop using the app.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

iClean is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be error‑free or uninterrupted,
• The services will meet all user requirements.

You use the app at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties related to the app’s performance and content.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with iClean—including trademarks, designs, source code, and content—is owned by or licensed to the app’s developers. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written authorization.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer’s registered jurisdiction, excluding its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of iClean shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
